The SONARRAY SR1 subwoofer is buried into a garden bed, with only its dark brown canopy left above ground and camoflaged under plants.

Freight Shipping for large items 
Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require freight shipping and generally take a little longer to be delivered, contact us for delivery estimates. 

Someone must receive the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. Freight deliveries are scheduled for Mon through Fri between 9AM and 5PM. 

What to expect from the delivery driver. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have someone else there to help you unpack and install your equipment. The delivery driver will not help you unpack or set up your new equipment, nor will he or she remove your old equipment or packaging. 

Keep all the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.

 

RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS 
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in brand new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please include a full explanation in the email as to why you are requesting the RMA. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Crawford's Superstore may deduct the shipping charge from any subsequent refund, even if the original transaction included free shipping.
The return authorization (RMA) is only valid for 10 business days. Crawford's Superstore is not responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item has a manufacturer's defect right out of the box. In this instance we will provide a return label, the more convenient to the customer.
Returned merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit is not the responsibility of Crawford's Superstore. It is the buyers' responsibility to insure their package and to file claims direct with the carrier upon the discovery of the problem
Item MUST be in the original factory box, with ALL of the original factory packaging (foam, plastic, labels, stickers, and protective wrappings), an uncompleted, blank, original warranty card, ALL instruction booklets and associated paperwork, and accessories.  We are strictly resellers and not affiliated or authorized dealers for any of the brands we carry.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email info@crawfordssuperstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number, Order number and reason for your return, and mail your return to the address we provide you in the RMA.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and insure you package in case your item is damaged in transit. 

TELEVISION OR OVERSIZED FREIGHT
We do not except any returns on Televisions or oversized freight items. We do Guarantee to provide you with a properly working Television & or Oversized Freight item as ordered and expected. Due to the fact that these large items shipping cost are enormous, therefore we cannot accept any returns on these items.
Upon delivery if an item is damaged upon inspection, please refuse the shipment.  Please be aware that a box may be damaged but the TV might be working.  If the driver doesn't want to wait for you to first inspect the TV, then please note on the Delivery note that the TV box is damaged.  Your signature acknowledges that you understand this special return policy, and the condition of the TV meets your expectations and that you understand that you cannot return the TV. Any damaged or defective TVs or Oversized Freight, must be notified in withing to Crawfords Supersore within 3 days of delivery. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 3 to 5 days to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number 1 800 817 8795 during business hours Mon to Fri 10am to 5pm EST to arrange an exchange or refund .
