The Panasonic PT-DS12KU 3-Chip DLP Projector features a dual-lamp system that reproduces stunning lifelike visuals at a native SXGA+ resolution while providing full 12,000 Lumens of brightness.
When in Lamp Relay mode, the projector eliminates any interruptions if a lamp should fail, and enables 24/7 projection. The projector’s Dynamic Iris feature uses a scene-linking aperture mechanism to achieve a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 without lowering its brightness. This helps to reproduce deeper, richer blacks, and provides images with more detailed textures. An integrated Eco Filter combines with the dust-resistant cabinet to allow long-term use in harsh conditions, while a maintenance cycle of up to 12,000 hours reduces the time and cost of repair.
The wide adjustment range of the powered horizontal/vertical lens shift function can be easily adjusted with the remote control. The unit can also be rotated 360° vertically, to accommodate various installation conditions. The lens-centered design contributes to easy installation.
This Panasonic circuit optimizes the sharpness of each image, based on the superhigh-, high-, medium-, and low-frequency components of the extracted image information. The resulting images have more natural, lifelike expressions.
This projector can be easily operated remotely over a LAN network, because it is all done using the computer's familiar web browser. Furthermore, the projector sends an e-mail message notify the operator when an error has needs to be replaced.
The PT-DS12KU projector is compatible with both passive and active 3D projection systems. It combines with either a separate, external 100/120/144 Hz drive with IR emitter and active shutter glasses, or an active filter and passive glasses, for viewing 3D images.

Freight Shipping for Large Items

What to Expect With Freight Delivery
- Someone must be present: Freight deliveries require someone to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Delivery appointment: The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery to your door or the lobby area of an apartment or condominium.
- Delivery hours: Freight deliveries are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Unpacking and installation: Freight drivers do not unpack, install, or set up equipment and do not remove old equipment or packaging.
- Keep the packaging: Original manufacturer packaging may be required if the product needs to be returned or transported later.
Crawford's Superstore Return & Refund Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
1. How to Start a Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the product is shipped back.
- Request an RMA: Contact our support team at info@crawfordssuperstore.com.
- Pack the product securely: Use the original manufacturer's packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and supplied components. Double-boxing is strongly recommended.
- Check the package: Make sure the product is complete and safely packaged before shipping it back. Incomplete or improperly packaged returns may be subject to additional fees.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has been verified as defective.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product was sold with free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Crawford's Superstore may be deducted from the refund.
- Returns Over $75: A trackable shipping service and shipping insurance for the full product value are required. Crawford's Superstore is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fees
Factory-Sealed Products:
Brand-new, factory-sealed products may not incur a restocking fee, subject to inspection and verification.
Restocking Fee:
Change-of-mind returns or products returned with an opened box or signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 15% to account for diminished resale value.
4. Return Inspection & Refund Processing
- Inspection: Returned products are inspected and the product condition and serial number are verified before a refund is approved.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned after the factory seal has been broken or the product has been used:
- Projectors & Projection Lamps: Non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or lamp/light-source hours have been used.
- Large Displays: Televisions and monitors 37 inches and larger must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.
- Computers & Software: Opened computers and opened software are non-returnable.
- Custom Products: Custom cut-to-length audio or video cables are non-returnable.
- Missing Product Identifiers: Products with missing, removed, or altered UPC codes or serial numbers are non-returnable.
6. Serial Number Verification
For fraud prevention and product verification, Crawford's Superstore records serial numbers for applicable electronics before shipment.
The serial number on any returned product must match the serial number recorded when the original order was shipped. Returns containing a different, altered, or missing serial number may be denied.
7. Defective Products
If a product is verified as defective, Crawford's Superstore will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a new replacement unit at no additional cost once the defect has been confirmed.
