The NEC NP4100 is sold without a lens. NEC makes a line of five quick-mount bayonet lenses and you can purchase each one separately.
The NP4100 has a dual lamp design. You can use both lamps at the same time for the brightest picture possible, alternate use of them or keep one in reserve so you'll never be caught out with burned out lamp. (Although the projector does warn you when a lamp is nearing the end of its life. If you've plugged your projector into your LAN it can even email you with the news.)
The NP4100 is designed to work under the most grueling of duty cycles: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And the projector can be mounted at any angle—literally 360 degrees. So it's the kind of projector you need if you have a public advertising display or similar application. Under those conditions you'll really appreciate its capacity for remote monitoring and control via the Internet.
You don't have to worry about not having easy access to the projector if you set it up in a hard to reach place. It boasts power zoom, focus and lens shift, all adjustable from its remote control. Power vertical and horizontal lens shift allows for flexible placement too.
Whether in a commercial location like a mall, a meeting room or your media room, the NP4100 has the projection power to make a big impression: Maximum 6200 Lumens at a contrast ratio of 2100:1. Its Texas Instruments Digital Light Processor Digital Micromirror Device (DLP DMD) with BrilliantColor and DynamicBlack ensures a crisp, vivid true-to-life image even when there's a lot of ambient light to punch through.
With that kind of illumination you might use the NP4100 in a venue where its three watt stereo speakers can't keep up. Not to worry. This projector has variable audio out so you can add external powered speakers so your presentation is heard as easily it's seen.
The NP4100's flexibility includes a 100 to 240 volt 50/60 Hz power supply, the ability to accept video in the NTSC, PAL and SECAM standards and its 720p, 1080i and 1080p high definition capability.

The quality of our professional electronics and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Crawford’s Superstore within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
1. How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth and secure process, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- Step 1: Contact our support team to request your RMA number. info@crawfordssuperstore.com
- Step 2: Secure all returns in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories and manuals. We strongly recommend double-boxing your return for safety.
- Step 3: A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur additional restocking fees.
2. Shipping Responsibility
- Cost: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the actual cost of the original shipping paid by the store to fulfill your order will be deducted from your final refund, even if the item was originally sold with "Free Shipping."
- Insurance Requirement: For returns valued over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the product. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Condition: Brand new, factory-sealed items may not incur a restocking fee, subject to inspection and verification upon return and at our sole discretion.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to a maximum of 15% will be applied to "Change of Mind" returns or items returned with an opened box/signs of use to cover the diminished resale value.
4. Processing & Inspection
- Notification: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition and serial number verification.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
