The Panasonic PT-DZ13KU 12,000 Lumens Large Venue DLP Projector features a WUXGA resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 and long lamp replacement cycles of up to 2,000 hours. With 3D compatibility and installation flexibility, this projector is well suited for large-venue applications such as auditoriums, museums and rental and staging that require both maximum brightness and easy handling. The lens memory adjusts the image size and location in up to three different projection positions and the combination of two 380W UHM lamps and the dynamic iris allow the PT-DZ13KU to deliver a 10,000:1 contrast ratio to ensure high brightness and superior picture quality.

The PT-DZ13KU projector is 3D-ready, making it suitable for use in medical school and hospital applications. The projector is equipped with the DICOM Simulation mode, enabling end-users to view X-ray images. The PT-DZ13KU helps realize unique and captivating video performance with numerous built-in features. Users can program the mechanical shutter to fade the image in and out during show transitions, and it also has built-in Edge Blending, as well as Multi-Unit Brightness Control for projection onto wide screens and surfaces to create an immersive experience. Furthermore, the PT-DZ13KU can project onto various curved-screens with the Geometric Adjustment feature, which can be enhanced with the optional upgrade kit, ET-UK20, to support even more diverse curvatures and shapes with bitmap masking.

This device has been designed with an extremely small footprint due to a highly efficient optical design as well as an improved liquid cooling system that makes it possible to keep the noise level to a minimum during operation. The PT-DZ13KU is built to maximize savings with a maintenance-free Eco Filter with a lifespan of up to 4,000 hours and low consumption of 1,050W.

The 360° installation capability enables projection onto floors and ceilings. The projector also boasts high durability with an operating temperature between 32 to 113°F (0 to 45°C). Flexibility and reliability are further enhanced by the projectors capability to handle more than 100 input signals. Several available input terminals include SDIx2, HDMI, DVI-D, LAN (RJ-45) and 3D timing signal In/Out.

In addition, end-users can remotely monitor and operate the PT-DZ13KU projector by using Multi Projector Monitoring and Control Software and the web browser feature enables users to view and send email alerts from the projector.

Freight Shipping for large items 
Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require freight shipping and generally take a little longer to be delivered, contact us for delivery estimates. 

Someone must receive the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. Freight deliveries are scheduled for Mon through Fri between 9AM and 5PM. 

What to expect from the delivery driver. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have someone else there to help you unpack and install your equipment. The delivery driver will not help you unpack or set up your new equipment, nor will he or she remove your old equipment or packaging. 

Keep all the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.

1. How to Start a Return

• Step 2: Secure all returns in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories and manuals. We strongly recommend double-boxing your return for safety.
• Step 3: A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur additional restocking fees.

2. Shipping Responsibility

• Cost: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the actual cost of the original shipping paid by the store to fulfill your order will be deducted from your final refund, even if the item was originally sold with "Free Shipping."
• Insurance Requirement: For returns valued over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the product. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Refunds & Restocking Fees

• Condition: Brand new, factory-sealed items may not incur a restocking fee, subject to inspection and verification upon return and at our sole discretion.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to a maximum of 15% will be applied to "Change of Mind" returns or items returned with an opened box/signs of use to cover the diminished resale value.

4. Processing & Inspection

• Notification: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition and serial number verification.
• Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken or the item is used:

• Projectors & Projection Lamps: Non-returnable once unsealed or lamp hours have been used.
• Large Displays: Opened TVs and monitors 37" and larger (must remain factory sealed).
• Computers & Software: Opened computers or software (packaging must be unsealed).
• Custom Items: Custom cut-to-length audio or video cables.
• Missing Identifiers: Products with a missing/altered UPC code or serial number.

6. Serial Number Verification (Fraud Prevention)

We record all Serial Numbers for electronics before they ship. For any return to be accepted, the serial number on the returned unit must match our original shipping records. Units returned with mismatched serial numbers will be denied a refund and the incident will be handled as fraudulent activity.

7. Defective Items

If your product is deemed defective, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and ship a Brand New replacement unit at no additional cost to you once the defect is verified.
