The Hitachi CP-AW2503 Ultra Short Throw 3LCD Projector features a WXGA 1280 x 800 native resolution and Polysilicon TFT 3LCD projection chip technology, which delivers authentic color reproduction in most lighting conditions. The CP-AW2503 provides 2700 ANSI Lumens of white output and color output brightness, as well as a 5000:1 contrast ratio.
It's compatible with HDTV, NTSC, PAL and SEACAM systems. The CP-AW2503 also has dual HDMI inputs, dual VGA inputs and a variety of other analog video input options. There are several audio inputs as well, including a microphone input. Plus, you can play back audio using the built-in 16W mono speaker, which also supports audio pass-through using a more efficient low power mode. However, there is an audio output as well in case you want to send your presentation's audio through larger speakers or even a PA system. There are also multiple USB inputs that support USB display, PC-less presenting, wireless network connection (Wi-Fi adapter required) and USB mouse control.
The projector's Ethernet jack supports network connectivity. This allows you to integrate the projector with Crestron RoomView, PJ-Link and AMX Device Discovery for remote operation and audits of network projectors. There are several security measures as well.

Freight Shipping for Large Items

What to Expect With Freight Delivery
- Someone must be present: Freight deliveries require someone to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Delivery appointment: The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery to your door or the lobby area of an apartment or condominium.
- Delivery hours: Freight deliveries are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Unpacking and installation: Freight drivers do not unpack, install, or set up equipment and do not remove old equipment or packaging.
- Keep the packaging: Original manufacturer packaging may be required if the product needs to be returned or transported later.
Crawford's Superstore Return & Refund Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
1. How to Start a Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the product is shipped back.
- Request an RMA: Contact our support team at info@crawfordssuperstore.com.
- Pack the product securely: Use the original manufacturer's packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and supplied components. Double-boxing is strongly recommended.
- Check the package: Make sure the product is complete and safely packaged before shipping it back. Incomplete or improperly packaged returns may be subject to additional fees.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has been verified as defective.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product was sold with free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Crawford's Superstore may be deducted from the refund.
- Returns Over $75: A trackable shipping service and shipping insurance for the full product value are required. Crawford's Superstore is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fees
Factory-Sealed Products:
Brand-new, factory-sealed products may not incur a restocking fee, subject to inspection and verification.
Restocking Fee:
Change-of-mind returns or products returned with an opened box or signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 15% to account for diminished resale value.
4. Return Inspection & Refund Processing
- Inspection: Returned products are inspected and the product condition and serial number are verified before a refund is approved.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned after the factory seal has been broken or the product has been used:
- Projectors & Projection Lamps: Non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or lamp/light-source hours have been used.
- Large Displays: Televisions and monitors 37 inches and larger must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.
- Computers & Software: Opened computers and opened software are non-returnable.
- Custom Products: Custom cut-to-length audio or video cables are non-returnable.
- Missing Product Identifiers: Products with missing, removed, or altered UPC codes or serial numbers are non-returnable.
6. Serial Number Verification
For fraud prevention and product verification, Crawford's Superstore records serial numbers for applicable electronics before shipment.
The serial number on any returned product must match the serial number recorded when the original order was shipped. Returns containing a different, altered, or missing serial number may be denied.
7. Defective Products
If a product is verified as defective, Crawford's Superstore will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a new replacement unit at no additional cost once the defect has been confirmed.
